Yes I believe that you can channel energy. Energy is a powerful thing and and I believe if you focus you can do amazing things.
Mostly what I do to charge my energy is meditate and focus my energies and bring peace and protection. I work with colors and colors that bring energy.
Yes there is energy all around us. It is constantly moving and surrounding us. It is what makes everything in the world function and there is also that innate magickal energy.
